Are you interested in writing for St. Cyrano?

If you are married, have a talent for writing sensuous stories that can help inspire couples to grow in their intimacy and enjoyment of their physical relationship, and are interested in being a St. Cyrano Writer, you should fill out the following Writer's Survey.  The identity of St. Cyrano's writers is kept private.

Guidelines for St. Cyrano Stories

A more detailed set of guidelines will be provided if you are selected for further consideration, but the following are some summarized guidelines.

1. Any form of physical intimacy, flirting, or romance in the story can only involve the husband and wife for whom the story is personalized.

2. The stories should be based on love, respect, and building up of both the husband and the wife, exemplifying values that are either directly taught or consistent with the Bible.

3.  While it is difficult to draw specific lines in some areas, we advice writers to consider the advice of experienced Christian sexual counselors.  As examples, we encourage you to visit Websites such as

Different Backgrounds and Different Profiles

It is likely that some potential writers have backgrounds, experiences, or characteristics that will allow them to better empathize with couples facing similar situations.    Since one of the main purposes of St. Cyrano stories are to help spouses "shift gears" mentally, it can be helpful for people who have been in a similar situation to craft the story that may connect with people where they are at and describe the situations and thoughts that lead to a mindset more conducive to a mutually-fulfilling sexual relationship.   St. Cyrano stories are also intended to help people see how they can be in their marriage, allowing the husband and wife to read about themselves modeling a loving, satisfying and encouraging marriage.   Over time, St. Cyrano stories will be increasingly available for a wider variety of profiles to better meet people where they are at.

Learning to Write Personalized Stories

If you are selected to submit a story, you will be provided with tools and training on how to develop the stories that will be personalized for the couples ordering them.  This is a relatively simple process.   Writers will need to write different versions of each story to fit the various profiles and modified for different flame ratings (e.g. couples with young kids versus couples with teenage kids.)

Review Process

If you are selected to submit a story or stories, that does not guarantee that the story will be offered by St. Cyrano.  A review process is being developed to help assure that the stories are consistent with the guidelines and values of St. Cyrano.   Only stories that have passed the review process will be available on the St. Cyrano Website.

Royalties for Writers

Writers will earn royalties when their stories are purchased.  Details of this will be provided to writers that are being considered.
